                I have a couple questions ..
Is the suspension going bad ? I notice the back is dipping lower than the front..

The rear fender arch is lower than the front on late model E30s.

I'm considering offering on this car , there's just one concern that i have.. the oil leak ..
Do you know if it's just the oil pan ? Where specifically is it leaking from?

give me a reasonable offer, as far as the oil leak, nothing obnoxious or all over the place, looks like it could be from the oil pan, possibly a simple oil pan gasket, common on E30s..
