WTB: E30 in Upper Midwest (MI Preferably)

I've been looking for more than 6 months for an low-mileage, clean E30 and am just about to ready to admit defeat and buy an E36 M3, but I wanted to make one last appeal to see it there's anything out there.

I will be the first to admit that I'm looking for a lot, but will also say that I'm willing to pay for the right car. So with that, here goes:

I'm looking for a 325 (preferably and 325is) with a 100Kish miles and 5 speed that's in top mechanical and cosmetic condition. Rust-free is a must and maintenance history is a huge bonus. Not big into White or Bronzit. Delphin, Silver and/or Black are definitely my preferences.

Don't care about audio, don't care about wheels and tires (although a plus).

I'd like something that's had some tasteful upgrades done (e.g. struts/springs, exhaust, cold air intake, etc.)

I'd prefer a car with it's original M20, however, swaps would definitely be considered.

Owning an E30 325 has always been a dream of mine, but I have to say that I'm beginning to feel like I'll never find one. Does anyone know of anything worth considering? Help!!!

Examples of what I'm looking for :)

(I know I said I'm not a big fan of white cars, but this one is outstanding!)

Yeah, I realize 'rust-free' in Michigan is not terribly likely, but there seems to be an abundance of Southern E36s that have ended-up here, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

I'd love a location that's drivable, but a flight for the right car certainly isn't out of the question either.
