        So I'm guessing in the event of the car being totaled, you'd have to buy it back and part it out otherwise lose tons of value right? Or is there a way to insure an e30 worth $10k+ for that amount?

          Yep pretty much. You can insure it through most collector car insurance company's like Hagerty or you can put stated value on it through your normal insurance company.
