Gents, I'm packing up and leaving Australia, heading North (UK) for a new job. I need to sell everything. Unfortunately this includes the E30.
Details:
Donor car- 1988 E30 318i 2-door (white)
Powertrain- 1996 M52B25 with 90,000km, stock, running full-EWS and factory Siemens ECU, M20 (6kg) flywheel,
G260 box, and a fresh fully-rebuilt 3.46-LSD
Susp- Bilstein front/rear, lowered (200F/400R lb/in), COMPLETELY rebuilt front-end; Note- every bearing/bush/joint between steering wheel and front tyres is new; Rear semi-trailing arm and subframe bushes checked, replacement not needed. Springs/Shocks/mounts new.
Brakes- Stock, new MC, new Bosch pads,
Wheels- BBS RS, F:15x7.5, R:15x8.5 on Toyo Proxes T1R 205/50-R15, 225/50-R15, 80%.
Weight: 1140kg with F53% bias, no boot-liner (always wondered, but never seen anyone post that before...)
The car has been my daily-driver for the past six years, I finished the swap three years ago, and with several trips to/from Sydney, Melbourne and the SNowies, it has been the most reliable car I've owned. All work on the swap was carried out by myself with the invaluable assistance of Motorworks Sydney and GermanAutohaus Melbourne. All work has been documented with part numbers and engine-donor vehicle VIN/EN, etc. I intend to pass on the info to the next owner. I love the car but need the cash for my move, and I'd like to find it a nice new home. All serious offers will be considered (as long as I like them;)
Car is currently in Melbourne but can be driven to Sydney for a sale (I live in Melb but will probably depart from Syd...)
