You cant bring these tourings directly into the US off a boat unless you have them federalized. Car has to be 25 + years old to be exempt. Best bet is to get them from Canada and have the seller drive it across the border.

Unless you plan on keeping it registered in Canada, that won't work either without some illegal VIN-swapping or title washing etc. The 25 yr. exemption applies to all non-US specification vehicles regardless of importation location.
