91 318 manual $2500 obo or trade for "is"

I have a 91 convertible for sale or trade the car has has new bilsteins and h & r lowering springs.The car is my daily driver, very reliable and strong.I had it painted about a year ago and the top is new.The rear seat has been restored the front seats has not but ok for a daily driver .The engine is solid transmission is ok except most times 4th gear will not stay engaged so i just skip from 3rd to 5th most times.I drove it from North Carolina to Albany New YORK without a problem. the speedometer was replaced and currently showing 84k but not the original miles.if i have to guess i would say the car has about 170k.$2500.
