Reason for selling:
I bought a shell last summer and I am almost done with the build. I am already to the brim with BMWs. This has to go =(
Bought it from the first owner in Buffalo, NY. He worked for Jaguar for all his life. The car has been taken care of all it's life =) Never been driven in the salt. he stored it for winters and I always buy a winter car. So it is very solid
Here is the bad first:
Has two spots of rust #1 from where a woman smacked the top corner of the fender and #2 from age located passenger side behind second door. Needs to be sanded and fixed. I also have a mint fender to throw in =)
-Paint is a 5-6 out of 10, no damage to paint. Just old and worn. Needs paint
-Seats are the cream comfort ones and need to be updated from all the years.
-Rear window motors are slow in the cold.
The good:
(Drivetrain)
-196k on body 128k on engine and tranny. The car is stiff and strong, very quite sounding body.
I swapped the motor with another eta(no leaks) pulls strong and idles smooth. Starts every time no issues. The 5spd tranny engages very well and smooth in every gear. Clutch is VERY strong and looks to have very little wear, Single mass flywheel, Metal slave line.
-Mobil 1(10w-30) every 6k
-Has a cone filter and comes with the OEM box.
-2.5 exhaust no cat with glass pack. Sounds great and not annoying.
I will give you a catalytic if needed.
(Brakes)
-Rebuilt OEM calipers 3/4 life on pads
-540 Master cylinder
-Brake fluid flushed
-110% e-brake holds SUPER firm
(Suspension)
-Ground Control coilovers 500F 750R. I welded in the perches everything is level and even.
-Front and rear tower braces.
-Replaced the front sway links and new rear wheel bearings.
-Stock bottle caps with nice tires to go on(will mount before sold).
Rides tight and smooth, took second in class(STX) at a local SCCA event. Would have shaved more time with proper tires(summer tires were late).

-Tucked metal bumpers eS front spoiler
-Shadow lined all trim
-I also have sedan fiberglass side skirts and rear apron to throw in(Not on).
(Audio)
-Pioneer DEH-P4900ib head unit
-Infinity 6"3/4 speakers.
-All new 12g speaker wiring(replaced ALL OEM)
-4g power wiring for amp.
-Radio antenna is 100%
I will give the buyer my Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1/amp W box if pays asking price.
(Interior)
-Cream comfort seats and 1 cardinal red mint sport seat(drivers)
-Euro clock(works and keeps amazing time)
-Gutted trunk tar and all side panels. Then used rubber coating to coat all of trunk. I did it in the summer, there is no smell. I will include the side covers if wished.
-OEM trunk kit is almost complete
-Brand new OEM BMW key.
All this car needs is paint, wheels and some nice seats. I just cannot afford to have two cars to take care of. I know the price is solid and VERY good for what has been done.
