Back at it... looking for a car again 3/23/12

Hey Guys,

Looking really hard for a clean manual e30. I would say I have a budget of about 5k. I have seen everything on craigslist in my area, and just haven't seen anything that grabbed by attention.

I am in the 909/714/626 area in So Cal and only looking to deal local.

If you're willin to make the drive, I know of an e30 that is selling for $6500.00 firm in really good condition, glass moonroof, headers, schrick cams, lachs, 88' 325is. Pm me your # I'll put you in contact with the seller but only if you are serious. No need to worry about tbelt or any other maintenance. The car is ready to be driven.

Why do you say that? JW.

covered in dents. dash doesnt work. power steering issues/ steering rack issues. first gear doesnt like to engage easily. has a really bad sputter when stopped. barely stays alive. almost 300,000 miles and no known rebuild or anything. needs timing chain assembly replaced, shows all signs when driving it

interior is decent and AC blows cold.

IMO its worth about 1k.. but this is just my opinion.

not a problem! I flew all the way out there yesterday to pick it up and well, it was not as he had described.. "2 minor dents above rear pass fender".. i guess he forgot about the dents and scratches everywhere else

and his pics on CL are very old I assume. lip was not with the car and wasn't clean at all like in those pictures.

just tryin to keep others away from it!
