Finally bit the bullet and bought an M3, so this car has to go. Some cars are easy to let go of, and some are tough - this is defintely one of the tough ones.
It's been across the country and back, has never left me stranded and has been a great car on track and off. Always starts, runs well, etc. It's done a track day at VIR in the 100+ degree heat and 100% humidity and it's gone from Arizona to Virginia without stopping - never misses a beat, never overheats, etc. Great car and deserving of a good home.
General Info:
Exterior:
Interior:
Performance:
Spares:
You get a bucket of goodness, including extra wheel bolts, 20 MM H&R spacers, extra fan, random engine mounts, intake elbow, etc. Plus the extra sets of wheels. More detail to come this weekend as I sort through the various bins of parts.
Pics: Better pictures to come this weekend. The car's in the garage and it's getting dark. As noted above, the Mtech replica bumper is off the car at the moment.

- 1989 325i converted to is spec (seats, suspension, etc.)
- ~240k miles. Something like that - has a new cluster after the old one went kaput. Lots of miles but well maintained and good shape.
- Mechanically, the car's very good. Engine pulls strong, shifts well, etc. Very tight for a car of its age and miles.
- The battery goes dead if it isn't driven for a month or so - car has a brand new battery at the moment.
Exterior:
- This car grew up in the sunshine, so the paint's pretty well faded. There's very little (if any) gloss to it at this point, but there aren't any major scratches. Few dents. It's a track car.
- As it was a CA/AZ car, there's also very little rust. It spent two winters in VA but was never driven in snow.
- The car's pictured with an Mtech replica front spoiler and I've removed that. It had a few cracks and those have been repaired - the bumper goes with the car.
- The valence is a bit bent on the lower part. Have a straight black valence that I'll install before the car leaves.
Interior:
- First off, this car has a full interior - was never stripped for track work. Everything's relatively clean and in good condition with a couple notes below.
- Sport seats were recovered at some point and are showing wear on the bolsters. I'll get pics this weekend. Nothing horrible, but not perfect.
- The dash is cracked, but I have a crack-free dash. Also have a set of black door pillars that go with the car.
- Has a German check panel and a fancy-pants Mtech II steering wheel from Germany.
- ZHP shift knob. Love it.
Performance:
- H&R Race springs w/ Bilstein sport shocks (SpecE30 setup)
- SS brake lines
- Stock sways
- Set of Pagid track pads for the front and spare street pads F/R. The Pagid pads make some noise but do well on track. ATE Superblue fluid.
- Bimmerworld wheel stud/nut kit.
- New-ish front wheel bearings. Rears were replaced a few years back and are fine.
- Has a 5 Series AFM and 19 lb. injectors.
- Ireland Engineering catback - very quiet, almost identical to stock.
- Comes with two sets of wheels - Konig Rewind 15x7 with Azenis (plenty of life) and a set of Hartge knockoffs, 15x7 with nearly new 205/15 Azenis. Also comes with bottlecaps with junk tires.
