WTB E30 in North NJ

Have upwards to 4000, and would like to a clean rust-less 5spd E30. My preferences are as such...

325i(s)>318i(s)>325e(s) and practically any other ETA car.

All cars will be considered so don't be shy to post cars from anywhere in distance from me (tri-state area)

I have a CLEAN 90 325is with m50 swap and e30 m3 5 lug conversion that needs some minor work here and there that I'd let go for $5000.

I hardly ever drive her anymore and I could use the cash for real estate endeavors. Besides, every time I drive it I want to keep it so I try not to drive it. :)
