It is an '83. Like I said body lines have been filled and smoothed and has a front/rear end conversion. Thanks for trying though ;).

No the RS' are staying on the car, the car goes whole or not at all.

Here is a list of Con's on the car. I would do a list of pro's however I figure the swap/pics/and mod list can be used for the Pro's:

Currently wiring the car for MegaSquirt II in order to alleviate rich running condition
Left rear tire needs replacement due to poorly adjust Panhard Rod. (also suggest fender rolling)
Few spot's on hood, roof and trunk have blemishes where the clear coat has failed (5+ year old paint job)
Window seals will need to be replaced at some point (The car is 28 years old)
The headliner was removed and rattle canned textured paint on interior headliner
