    Feeler: 1990 325is POSSIBLE sale

Yeah, I am thinking about selling my car. I have 4 more semesters minimum to finish my R.N. and then another 3-4years 'til I get my CRNA license. I just don't need this car right now. I need to be focused on school and I just bought that p.o.s. beater to kick around for the next couple years or so. Again, at this point, I am just considering selling, I am NOT committed to moving it. Depends on just how interested someone might be.

Most of you guys have seen the car, but here are some specs:
    1990 325is
    Brillianrot/Natur
    ~104,000miles
Manual tranny (LSD, not sure the ratio)
Excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition, seriously very very clean car. There are a ton of mods on it, so if there is any interest here, I can start a list of the mods. I have some extra stuff too, but I may just wind up Ebaying all the mods/extra stuff that hasn't been put on it.

I would like to get $8000 for the car, but will entertain offers. I know some of you guys will think that's high, but I have seen cars that are nowhere near the condition of this car being pitched for not much less.

      So. Damn. Tempting.

There isn't even a sprinkle of rust on any part of the car at all, is there. Please just lie to me and tell me there is so I can sleep tonight.

No rust to speak of, the underbody was undercoated really well but has some surface rust on parts like the exhaust system, and the springs and sways have some light surface rust. Nothing to hurt anything, and eventually I will replace the springs anyway.

Nope, the car is clean. No dash cracks or any other real issues with it. There are the minor tiny little rock pecks that chipped the paint here and there, but from even say 3ft. you can't see them.

The aftermarket part list would be very lengthy but as I said, I can make it out for you.

I could part out a lot of the "add-ons" and sell the car for less I suppose, if someone wanted to go that route.

It's not that I HAVE to sell it, hell I only owe $2500 on it. Payments are $130/mo. The problem is, I can't stop modding it. It's costing way more in parts to modify it than what my note is on it. I could sell it, pay off the balance, pay off the Scort, and still have some $$ left to square away some other debts. It's just an idea anyways at this point. I may NOT sell. But thanks for the words.

                stop modding?

I've slowed down if not tried to stop buying non-essential items. And selling off shit I bought last summer.

Control yourself and you'll be fine

Keep it, its not that hard to stop dumping money in aftermarket parts. Here are a few suggestions. Frequent strip clubs, gamble, and take up a drug habit. Should solve any problems you have with excess cash that is being spent on your car
