I bought one for cheap that had the trans stuck in reverse. I'm currently in the process of swapping out the trans, but will be wanting to let it go when I am done. It isn't 100% rust free though...

I may sell mine, don't count on it though. its driveable has almost no rust underneath very very minor rust on panels. 2 door and 5 speed

Probably. It was near St. Louis.

The engine bay was pretty "greasy" too, so I've taken the liberty of pulling the engine too, and doing the timing belt, waterpump, rear main seal, head gasket, as well as all new shift linkage, master and slave cylinders, throw-out-bearing, and all trans seals and lines. I love working on these things. :)

PS. This guy (OP) bought a car already. He actually bought it a month or two ago...
