WTB: well sorted e30, $4-6k, NJ or nearby

Glad I found this forum.... I am looking for a clean, well sorted e30, manual trans and not a convertible. In/around NJ, mods, low miles etc are obvious pluses, not really picky about color inside or out. No projects! Work, two kids (one with autism) etc precludes another project in my life. Looking for a fun car, not another headache (at least at the time of purchase!!). Let me see what you got.

Budget is $4000-$6000, might go a little higher for the right car.

Anyluck with a car? I'm searchin as well in NJ, about 6500 or more depending on car, vert also. I went to go buy a red vert but the owner sold it on me.
