FS: 1991 BMW 325i PROJECT - RUST FREE - NYC

    SOLD!!!!!

For sale is my project car. Unfortunately I no longer have the space to store the car and don't really have the space to work on it either. For full disclosure, I purchased this car from Copart auction, but it has a clean title and had NO body damage.

    Here are the specs

1991 325i - Clean NJ title, no accidents on CarFax
    Brilliant Rot Red
99% RUST FREE - very small rust under battery tray, but easily fixable and
    NO other rust anywhere
    208K Miles
    LSD
    ODO works
M20 and Auto trans still inside and run
    Crack-Free dash
    NO Interior besides the dash
Hood needs to be replaced due to a dent
One quarter panel has a scuff
Accidentally scratched the trunk few days ago while moving it
Bottle caps with plenty of tread
    Center locks work
    Sunroof works
    Headliner in good condition

This is technically a running car because it DOES run on its own power. However, entire suspension has to be replaced. All bushings, seals, shocks, struts, bearings, brakes... I was planning to replace every single bit in the car.

It is honestly the perfect start for a project. This was supposed to be my project that I would learn everything on, but after a year of it sitting around, it is time for me to realize that I need to let it go.

I have a LOT of parts that I purchased over the last year for it. Buyer of this car will have first dibs on everything. I have almost everything to get it running including a fresh M20, 5 speed swap, springs and shocks, and MUCH more.

    ASKING PRICE: $1400.
If car is sold at asking price, I will also include a mint hood and a trunk with an IS spoiler!

Don't give me shit for it being overpriced... try to find a clean shell on the east coast for the money. Plus you can part out the motor and some of the misc. pieces. That being said, it is OBO, but don't be ridiculous.

Car is located in Far Rockaway, NY 11691 (10 min from JFK)
Best way to reach me is to PM me here. You can PM me your phone # or email and we can talk through that, but PMs are fine too.

***THIS IS SOLD AS-AS, WHERE IS, NO WARRANTY*** Please do not blame me if you decide to drive it 200 miles home and it breaks down. This is a project car, not a beauty queen.

Looks like a really clean shell. Shame about the carpet being cut up. What part of Brooklyn?

I removed the carpet because it was rotted and in disgusting shape. Luckly there was NO rust under it!

Will you trade for a free kitten and 400 dollars?

Sorry you have to get rid of the build Al. Was looking forward to seeing you build a clean e30 =(

Is this the same P.O.S. clunker you were complaining about in another thread?

Yes it is you retard. Read what I wrote in this thread. THIS CAR NEEDS WORK. And reason it didnt run when I went to pick it up was because it was missing ECU.

Well I hope you enjoyed your short time on the board...

Honestly, a nice place to start if you have a 5 speed swap or if you have a 24v swap sitting around.

                          Good luck

its not going to be much longer where we are all going to look back and cry about the rust free clean body e30s that use to be posted up.

Someone needs to buy this car, get to GPS and have us built for them.
