                      It came with metal bumpers all the way around I swapped the back but haven't found a clean one for the front . In my opinion I like the way it looks the way it is but I wouldn't mind the plastic front bumper either.

                        not being an ass but in order to transfer title you have to get it smogged, DMV will not transfer title unless you can prove it passed smog within the last 90 days, it's California law.

                        How To Get Started

                        You will always need:

                        * California Certificate of Title or Application for Duplicate Title (REG 227)(PDF)
                        * Signature(s) of seller(s) and lienholder, if any
                        * Signature(s) of buyer(s)
                        * Transfer fee

                        You may also need:
                        * Smog certification
                        * Use tax and/or various other fees
                        * Additional documentation

                        this has stopped many buys for me

                        Do I need a Smog Check? California vehicle registration laws require the seller of a vehicle to provide the buyer of the vehicle with a valid and passing Smog Check certification at the time of the sale or transfer in order to register a vehicle. Smog certifications obtained for the purpose of title transfer or vehicle sale, are good for 90 days from the date of issuance for DMV registration purposes.

                              He can still sell it as long as the buyer is okay with smogging it before transferring the title.
