Oh and I recently picked up a perfect turbo to have installed. It's not included in the for sale price but could be worked into the deal if somebody "had to have it". My plan was to put it on this car or my other e30... We shall see. :)

Thanks, Chris. I think that I'll be a few thousand pennies short but that's all good.

FYI-Castro's will be doing the turbo install for me if I keep the car. I'd recommend them to whomever may buy the car if they opt for a turbo upgrade. It will literally transform this thing into a BEAST!!!
