If your vert was clean title yes. If the car was salvage and I totalled the car, I would argue with ins company over value

You are right but the fact of the matter is that you will argue over compensation regardless of clean or salvage title. It's a 23 year old car man, not a new toyota. EVERYONE fights with their insurance when an e30 goes under.

However, good luck with this sale, you'll come out alright.
