    1989 E30 M50, NJ. California car until 2008. $3000.00

Your opportunity to buy a great car, for an honest price.

Car was involved in a front collision. The frame, extending past the shock towers, is warped slightly to the left. The radiator is punctured and the valve cover is punctured as well. Otherwise all the goods are good. I have a novel of receipts. Car still drives, damage is cosmetic.

VIN #: (To be posted shortly)

Car has never been in an accident until now. Will come with 17x7" BBS RK wheels with 215/45 Goodyear Eagle F1 tires (80/40 percent life for each pair). Paint finish is flat black. Rear quarter pockets beginning to rust, this is the only rust on the car. Rear cross member is bolted to the trunk via eight (1/2") grade eight bolts and a (5/16") flat bar re-enforcement, after torque transfer ripped the spot welds. Car has a full, 4 wheel, alignment; performed at Circle BMW in NJ. Heat is not connected at the firewall, there is no A/C. The car suffers from an intermittent grounding problem that is common with M50 swaps. This effects the grounding of the K5 and K6 relays (windows, blower motor, mirrors); my remedy since having done the swap has been using jumpered relays. Castrol 5w-40 Synthetic was run in the engine. Trans has Redline Racing ATF (No-slip additives). Differential has Redline Shock-Proof 75-90 oil. The car seeps not a trace of any liquid. Car is drive-able as it sits now, but not roadworthy. The car is being sold as-is.

The frame is repairable, but not for me at this time in my life.

Price is $5000.00, OR BEST OFFER

Best method to contact me is through email, which I get through my phone, which I always have. Cbaymore@gmail.com

*I'm forgetting a few things (Parts/names/ other things of importance) which I'll be adding in the next few days as I visit the car where it sits at my Winter house this week. I've made note of them in writing, and a few mental notes as well.

Feel free to contact me, don't be shy!

    Thanks,
    Chris.

    Oh yeah, pictures :

So it needs hood/fenders/bumper/headlights. Anything else?

    Looks nice, GL

You will need to have the frame checked to see if it's straight. Good way to buy all those parts tho, cheaper than buying everything separately.
Drive it hard. Maintain it well.

Correct; the car needs a hood, fenders, headlights, rad support, bumper and a valve cover. I have a spare radiator and grilles.

The car drives as is, repair is cosmetic. If your intent is to fix the car,its a small price to pay in comparison to the net worth of the total investment. This is why the car will be sold as-is.

Let me re-iterate, I'm open to offers in lieu of what my asking price is.

I'll see the car this upcoming week, and I'd like to gather more photos, and create references as to the extent of the damage.

I do not plan on taking the car to have the frame checked unless otherwise requested which will be determined upon by the extent of the buyers inquiry.

I created an album of the car as of 8/17/2011, as well as photos through out my ownership.

Good deal for 3k. I think it would make the most sense to buy it as a donor car.

                      Car is still for sale.

Arranged buyer did not follow through.

Car is priced honestly, given the part content, for those who know what's what.

                      3k firm.

                      Buy it for the parts.

Don't ask how much it will cost to fix at this price.
