      Federalization requirements are what will work against you in a sale to a US resident.

      I could offer you $1000usd and the $10,000 cost to federalize the car PLUS the cost of shipping automatically make the deal overpriced. Good news is that its an 87 so less than one year it meets to 25 yr age rule to bypass federalization as an antique.
