FT: 2000 323i alpine white on black CA

Hey guys I've always loved e30's and finally want to own one.

I am looking for anything really, preferably 2 door and preferably in good running condition, but anything will do.

My car is a 2000 323i
123,340 miles
clean CA title, registered till July 2012, smog in hand
sport package
alpine white
black leather interior
5 speed gearbox
mechanically stock and runs excellent

modifications:
clear corners
smoked sides
black grill
tinted back and rear windows
zhp shift knob
interior is really clean
exterior has a few minor scratches and paint chips, no dents.
missing 3 trim pieces pictured
18" m sport rims flat black with michelin pilot sport all season tires in excellent condition.

only mechanical problem is there is no washer fluid tank for cleaning windshield. i bought it in this condition and it never bothered me to put one in.

no just the washer fluid icon is on.
only receipts i have are for lifetime alignment and for the fuel pump i replaced about a month ago
previous owner was my buddy a bmw mechanic, he has done all maintenance to car including recent front break pad change. I changed the oil about 1,000 miles ago, always changed with mobil 1 synthetic. come look at the car and drive it it speaks for itself.

Common E46 problem, just needs a new washer fluid pump. No big deal.

Definitely an interesting prospect you have there. With that many miles though I'd want to know a bit more about the maintenance history, i.e.:

When and if the cooling system was overhauled and to what extent?
when the control arms/CAB's/tie rod ends had been replaced?
When and how many of the inevitable window regulator repairs have been performed?
When the transmission/differential fluid had been replaced assuming it wasn't on BMW's new, "lifetime" fluid service plan?
How the shocks/struts are holding up?
How the door seals are holding up and or have they been replaced at some time in the past (most have)?
Aside from the power steering reservoir leaking and likely lines, are there any other engine leaks? Head profile gaskets are common.
And are the original wheels/indicator lenses included in the sale?

Not trying to make life difficult for you OP, just curious to know a bit more about the car which looks like a clean example of the E46 chassis.
