WTT: 2004 330i ZHP for 88-89 E30

I've always loved your E30, and would def be interested. Though I'm looking to trade for an E30 with a larger price margin between it and my ZHP.

I think yours is worth more than I'm looking for. Though it is a really sick restore.

I'm working 1st night shift baby duty. Let me talk it over with the wife in the morning (she's also very attached to this car.. she even named it Mila). I just bought a 98 E36 M3 sedan as the new daddy car but in reality a 6MT ZHP is what I've always wanted.

As a matter of fact I actually have a M54B30 engine sitting on a stand in my garage I originally bought to swap into this car sometime in the spring.

I will guarantee you won't find another like it. All the interior was reupholstered in black vinyl and suede so it even has that new car smell. I only drive it about 3-4 times a month on weekends and it is garage kept.

Come to think of it I've never posted a formal introduction for this car in the rides forum and need to do so. I consider it to be my redemption E30 since its the first car I've been able to restore since my cancer went into remission.

How long have you been remission?! My fiance is also in remission from cancer. 1 full year this November!

Is your car still M20 powered? That's what I would prefer. Engine bay pics?

Congrats to both of you! That's great news. My 3rd year in remission just passed in the first week of Sept.

The car is still M20 powered, nothing fancy just general maintenance items like the timing belt, water pump, oil pan gasket and ignition stuff. Also refreshed the front suspension.

Does the cruise work, A/C, cracked dash???

I replaced the dash so no cracked dash, never fixed the A/C because of the planned engine swap. It needs a new compressor and I figured paying to fix it would just be money down the drain once I start swap next spring.

Either way I can't get the wife on board. Sounds silly buy too much emotional attachment for both of us.
