Might help to soften up your asking price a little. A gutted e36 4dr M isn't fetching a whole lot these days. People who are going to pay top dollar for an e36 M aren't looking for something that is modded, with a whole lot of other pending expensive maintenance.

Yeah I thought about parting it out too and selling it as stock.

That's probably your best bet I'd think.....and you have a higher probability of re-couping your mod investments that way as well. Nice car BTW, GLWS

Just a little time consuming that's all. Maybe Ill start out with getting the clutch on since I think that jobs is the most scary for potential buyers
