Grand Nationals are badass, you're allowed to get a coupe if you so choose. I wouldn't get a 'vert either, no offense to anyone. The e30 coupe has such good visibility that if you open the sunroof and windows you feel like you're outside anyways.Comment

well, if you happen to have a nice e30 m3 (or a newish m3) she can be all yours. lol. Thanks for the complements, though. Turbo buicks really are the bees knees -- super cars, no doubt.Comment

Also a former GN owner (85 non intercooled)... And the above statement is false if you enjoy driving.
You buy a GN/regal T for different reasons than you would an e30.
Your best bet is to sell it outright, and shop for your e30 patiently.
If you want garage queen e30 m3 status, youre going to pay 17-25k
If youre the type that likes to thrash and mod, and drive them the way they were intended,, then buy a nice clean 5-7k non M e30 and mod accordingly.-Jay

Thanks for all the advice, guys.
I am looking for something in between a garage queen and a nice driver.
Basically my GN, but in BMW form :). I already have an E30 for a daily driver, so I am really mostly looking to get a nice e30 M that is of equal value.
I only mentioned regular E30's in the listing because I would consider an E30 trade if it had a monster turbo on it.
I have considered just selling it outright, but I know that will be pretty difficult because of the economy and the small market that these cars tend to attract.
If I can't trade it for a really nice M3, I will just hold on to it, because I know the value of GN's is going to sky rocket in a couple of years.
I am just testing the waters right now.
Thanks again for all the input. Much appreciated.Comment

Buddy of mine had a T-type, Wishes he never sold it, I wish I had bought it.

You're probably right... but my thinking is that I've had the GN a few years and I have had my fun with it. I want to get into something that will see the outdoors more often. I baby the GN way too much. I drive it on the weekends, but other than that it just sits in the garage.Comment
