89 325i convertible not running

Bought this car 2 months ago as a project, was told it was running rough when they parked it 8 months ago. Got it towed home and found a broken timing belt, broken rocker arm and bent valve. Since then I've taken off the head and intake manifold.
The upsides are it has an upper strut bar, new radiator with receipt, new battery with receipt. new water pump and pully with receipt. And it has virtually no rust underneath or in the common places.
The downsides are the top is shot, interior is shot and it's an automatic.
