Does the car run? 800 cash with the moon roof sound good?

$800 cash sounds great, the car has a bent frame and it needs a new radiator support, the radiator is bent beyond repair there is no brakes but i don't know why cause everything looks good. The engine starts up and stays on, it just idles a bit rough about 700 - 800. I got a new battery at the end of October. All the glass is good seats are cracked but not ripped anywhere. So to your first question the car runs... kinda.
