How do you run an m42 radiator on an s50? My m42 radiator causes overheating and I have an aftermarket highspeed electric fan
i got a full tank in the e30 and a whole lot of road to tear up with it.

Really? Ive seen plenty of people run the m42 with their 24v swap without a problem. Are you sure it isnt a bad thermostat, clogged radiator, or something else? Also, are you running the stock m42 radiator cap or did you swap it for a m20 one? The m42 caps hold less pressure than the six cylinder ones so it may be a possibility.

Its a brand new radiator. I have no circulation. I have the m42 cap on it so ill put on the m20 one. I have to constantly pour coolant in the upper radiator hose and that will last me 3 hours before it burns off also I have no heat even after replacing the heater valve heater core and all the hoses and connections.

FYI.. I run a forced s52 and an m42 radiator... I have absolutely no cooling problems at all.

                GLWS, looks sweet.
