Looking to sell outright or trade my excellent condition 89 325is for an e36 M3 to use as a track car.
First a little about my car; currently in rotation as one of my DD's. This is a very fun car to drive on a daily basis. Everything works as it was intended (or better) from the factory.
Very basic run-down of the car and factory options:
89 325is, currently has 211k miles.
All OEM parts (no aftermarket save for the TRM wheels listed below), adult owned and very well maintained.
I am the 3rd owner and have 90% of all documentation from PO's.
Always garaged and never in an accident (clean title).
Recently passed PA state safety and emissions inspection with flying colors.
Schwartz black exterior/ tan leather interior
M-tech wheel
leather sport seats
LSD
IS spoiler
power sunroof, windows
12 button OBC
ect...
I have over $4k in receipts from recent work performed within the last 2k miles. Most of it is listed below, but I'm sure I'm forgetting something (all parts replaced with OEM):
valve cover gasket
valve adjustment
spark plugs
wires
cap/rotor
battery
coolant hoses
thermostat
timing belt/tensioner
water pump
motor mounts
trans mounts
Timing belt/tensioner
oil pan gasket
oil & filter
trans & diff fluid
KYB struts on all 4 corners
front control arms
new rotors & pads front/rear
ss brake lines & speed bleeders on all calipers
brakes and clutch slave flushed with fresh with MOtul RBF 600
Brand new (less than 250 mile) Hankook all-season tires on OEM BBS wheels
also comes with TR Motorsport 15x7 TR1 wheels with 195/55/15 dunlop direzza star spec tires
The bad:
small crack on the bottom right hand corner of the windshield. well out of the drivers line of sight and not an issue for inspection.
exterior wise the car is in great condition for its age, but it does show the normal wear from a car with this many miles.
very minimal surface rust in a couple of spots where paint has chipped
interior wise the car is in excellent condition for its age but does show the normal wear and tear from a car with this many miles.
couple very bad pics with the TRM wheels & Z1 star specs:

this is from an autox/HPDE I did @ Pocono raceway

This car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition and should need nothing but gas for a very long time.
Looking to get $4,500.00 obo or trade for a track worthy e36 M3. willing to throw a little cash on top of the deal for the right car. I am not interested in any yellow M3's and would prefer a 2 door over a 4 door. Also, the less mods to the car the better.
