I'm looking to buy my next E30! I'm looking to spend between $2.5-5k Car has to be 5-speed manual. Coupe or Sedan. Somewhere in Washington preferably. Possibly willing to travel to Oregon. I don't want a california car as their emissions are more strict.

I'd prefer a 325ix but I know they are rare, even more so for the manual ix. So I'm open to an is model as well.
