I know it is a plastic bumper iX but is 3k a bit too high for that much body rot? Rust is everywhere, I would hate to see the poor underside. Pics of that should be posted as this is a NY car.

I know it has cancer, but its hard to find a 5 speed iX nowadays. All important maintenance is also completed so you won't have to worry about it
