Selling mine here in the next 30-45 days:

      1992 w 128k.
      Grey/grey leather.
      5 Speed.
      Basketweaves.
      Heated seats.
      Hard top.
      OEM windscreen.
      Power top works.
      New tires.
      New rotors.
      New pads.
      Euro smileys.
      HID.
      Euro grills.
      Alpine deck.
      Flawless dash.
Replaced water pump and flushed cooling system(proactively).
      All belts replaced at 88k.
Clutch done at 115k. Spring broke, replaced it while in there.
Stock 5.25" up front with old school silk Pioneer tweeters, running through Focal crossovers off an Alpine amp. No rear speakers.
4gauge wiring and additional RCA's already installed if additional amps desired. All JL Audio parts.
Clifford alarm with prox sensor (turned all the way down, not sensitive).
      No accidents.
      Mostly garaged.

I have maintained it very religiously and the car has always been very reliable for me. I bought it with 84k or so on it and have driven it on multi-day, top down road trips with no problems at all (Seattle to Santa Barbara and back for Bimmerfest). It's been an awesome car that I will sorely miss, but the gf is driving it these days and she wants something newer She'll likely end up in an e46 vert with an auto and a hard top. can't win 'em all.

      It isn't perfect though...issues:

Drivers seat needs reupholstering, has a 4" tear in bottom.
      Speedo intermittently doesn't work.
Minor dings in right front fender, hood and trunk.
Needs new seals that run vertically between the windows.
      Could use shocks.
Hard top needs new attachment bolt on right side, stripped by PO.
Hard top has no headliner (had a nasty, sagging, tan one in it).
Time for new timing belt (I had it done at 88k).
13 button obc needs new led bar.
      Could use a valve adjustment.
Leaks oil. Less than a quart/3000miles, just enough to be annoying.
Soft top is completely toast. Mechanically sound, but the black top is holier than the pope. If I re-did it, I'd do new straps and seals at the same time, but I'm...thorough.

I was planning on addressing some or all the above issues before selling, but will of course work with someone if they would like to do it themselves (for example, new owner has suspension plans or wants to change interior color, etc).

As it is, it's a reliable, tight and fun daily driver that could use a little attention here and there to make it 110%. I'm sure I've forgotten stuff here and there (good and bad), but shoot me a message if you're curious. I'll clean it up this weekend and take some detailed photos.
