1992 325ic For Sale (Calabash, NC)

I am selling the car for parts as is where is. I have the original bill of sale and title, but I never titled the car in my name. Happy to title the car prior to a sale. $750 firm.

I purchased a 92 325ic mtech II to complete my project. (I am keeping the mtech II kit, please don't ask). The car did not run when I purchased it. According to the previous owner he jumped the car incorrectly. I don't have the time to dig into the electrical issue and I don't want to part the car. I believe the head is good, there was no evidence of coolant in the oil.

This e30 is far from perfect, but it will make a great project or parts car.

    The Good

    Front seats, heated, no rips
    Rear seat, no rips
    Complete m20
Will include a set of front and rear plastic bumpers (white)
Straight body, no visible rust (I wouldn't call any 20 yr old car rust free)

    The bad

The previous owner ruined an original alpine mtech II. The car was painted dark green (imagine the worst paint job you've seen... it's worse).
The seats and interior were dyed from white to tan (the dye work looks to have been done by a professional).
The convertible top will need to be replaced.

Please PM if you are interested.

I will be removing all of the mtech mounting brackets prior to sale. I will include the side trim from my project car.

I will be removing the mtech badges prior to sale.

I will be removing the mtech bumper prior to sale.

Yes, not only did the prior owner have the car resprayed and redyed, the young man also installed ground effect lighting.

Here are the front and rear bumpers / hardware that will be included in the sale.

$750 takes it. I think it's a good deal and there is a lot of interest in it already. My goal was to price it to go. If it doesn't sell quickly I will store it and either restore it later or part it slowly.

So apparently the last owner took a white M-Tech car and painted it. You are keeping the M-tech body kit and selling the rest, right? Why does the car not run or drive? Does it not even turn over? Dies immediately after starting?

Don't forget that the previous owner dyed a white interior, changing it over to tan.

According to the previous owners mechanic, the owner's son jumped the car incorrectly. I only bought the car for the mtech bits. I brought a battery with me when I went to look at the car, I pulled power to the accessories, but there was no crank.

I don't have time for another project right now. I have a growing business and a near completely restored e30 that I look forward to driving and maintaining after it is painted.
