WTB: E30 (DC Area)

I am looking for a complete, running, driving E30 for my nephew within an hour of the Beltway. Only interested in a car I can drive to see/drive. Auto or stick, coupe or sedan, rust here and there, no big deal. Something running and driving required. Preferably something reliable, but needing some TLC (like interior work, tires, brakes, shocks). No shells or cars needing engine/tranny. He has a budget under $1000.
