rear wheel bearings (PITA to replace, if you're an owner, its a tough job)
spark plugs
Valve cover gasket
Valve adjustment performed
Brake pads and sensors as well
Replaced halfashaft
all changed over 1K miles ago or less

Lunisi wooden steering wheel with momo hub
14" Euroweaves with 80% tire life

Good:
Drives like an ultimate driving machine!
Smooth transmission, no grinds
Interior is mint, especially for it's age
at 190k and its age it averaged about 8k miles per year
I have ALL receipts and service record history since day one, I even have the window sticker from the dealer itself.
No wobbles on the freeway, I get compliments when I drive it up 101 all the time!
Cons:
There's an apparent power steering fluid leak due to a faulty rack (I can replace the part if the buyer wants to)
ABS light is on (bought the car like it, never bothered me and never failed)
Brake lining light on the cluster is intermittent even after the fact that the sensors and pads were replaced (look it up on the E30 forums, it's an annoyance)
Small Dashboard cracks (no longer than 3"
Shifter Boot has a rip
Alpineweiss paint could need some attention.
I love driving this car on the weekends, but it's not letting me as much because of my schedule and I would rather have someone to fully restore it as I would and enjoy it. I am flexible on the price and I've gotten soft offers at 4K so don't give me an essay long explanation why I should sell it to you for 2k. I spent $1,500+ on parts plus labor, I don't take shortcuts like others do. I'm an enthusiast.
