    SOLD!!FS in NJ: 1991 318is Diamantschwarz SOLD!!

Picked this up a few weeks ago on a whim, should've known better as i really have the bug for an e30 M3 project.

    The goods
The car runs! I drove her about 160 miles when purchased. Vins all match. Original paint. 5 speed. Very little rust. Title in hand. Straight body. I'm no mechanic so please dont ask mechanic-like questions. This is what I know.

    Known issues
    Mileage unknown (shows 277k)
    Speedo not working
    Radio no code
Some clear coat coming off by drivers side rear window edge
Small rust spot on trunk lid
One fog not working, other fog missing
High rev at start up (could be hose leak)
    Paint is original, slightly faded
    Pass side mirror busted
    Rear bumper cracked
    E-brake not functioning

yes, those are mudflaps...but just on drivers side :???:

Sweet car. Just a word to the wise regarding that E30 M3 itch you want to scratch - you will probably long for the simpler, cheaper days of having this car. I have owned a 318is for years and have also scratched the M3 itch. With the M3 you get lots of stress, holes in your pockets, and very little time enjoying the drive which is sadly not much more fun than the m42.
