What doesn't work or needs work:
- front tweeters never worked
- from the outside, the car can only be locked from the passenger side, although it can be unlocked from either side (it can also be locked/unlocked from either side from the inside). it can't be locked/unlocked from the trunk, although the trunk does lock/unlock

push the harness in between the door jams all the way into the A-pillar, and that should fix your front tweeter & drivers door lock issue!!! It fixed it for me. They're both related.

i don't recall hearing the knock last year, so i would say it developed sometime in 2012 (winter or spring).

Sweet. This car will be a solid base. I crawled underneath this car at around 200K miles, and there was no rust. This car must have been very sparingly driven in the winter up until then. Everything came apart beautifully for the 5 lug swap. I installed new subframe and rear trailing arm bushings two years ago, so the rear subframe won't need to be dropped again.

u are getting a hellauva car! I swear i would've scooped this up in a heartbeat if i had disposable income to spend on one! Has everything i would want in an E30. I've seen this car in person, and it IS tastefully tastefully done.
