4k any color coupe preferably but i really just love the e30 styling. Of course id prefer one in good condition but if theres a project car that needs work i wouldn't turn it down either

You should assume that anything and everything in Miami is a POS. Black painted stock wheels is a red flag. That says to me that some young kid who had no money to buy wheels owned the car. Did the person also have no money to maintain the car?

I'm about to be putting mine up for around that price (getting into a M3). Definitely not a "project car" though that depends on what you want to do with any vehicle I suppose. Mine's my DD so it's ready to go. I have a lot of things to consider which is why I haven't made a proper ad yet but it would be around your price:
