WTB: E30- budget up to 6k.

Looking for a 89+ 325i/is E30 2 door coupe (plastic bumpers) within a couple hundred miles of 37620.
Have budget of about 6-7k all in, but would buy something cheaper that needs a bit of work if the right deal comes around.

Would ideally like a car with some history if possible, something well looked after in sound mechanical shape.
Would like the body to be reasonably straight, again, no biggie if a few bits and pieces are needed here and there

Been keeping an eye out for the last while. Interested if anyone has anything I may have missed.

    Thanks
    Pete

Fits every bit of the criteria, except I'm in South Florida, though I promise for the price you wouldn't regret the trip down and back to get the car.

Gosh man if that was a hardtop I'd be on my way down! I'm still considering it because it looks great but my heart really lies with a hardtop man.
Thanks for your reply! GLWS car looks awesome!!

        I can get a hold of a convertible hardtop for ~ $2000 more :/

Once you drive a vert daily you don't miss it. The only reason I'm changing up is because NASA and SCCA require a roll bar for HPDE's and I plan on getting more into them, and getting my competition license ideally.
