WTB: '88-'90 325 vert <$12,000

Looking to buy an e30 convertible for a good friend of mine and i have 12K to spend. This is what I'm looking for:

- it has to be from between 1988-1990
- has to be manual
- convertible
- must be black on black
- low mileage
- good paint and interior/leather
- no insane modifications, the more stock the better!

I'm located in Washington state but can set up transport for the vehicle if need be.
