    FS: 1989 325I Schwarz/Taurusrot M50 Coupe (NNJ)

    SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

I'm trying to decide what to do about my car situation right now. I'm not sure that this car is the one I want to give up just yet but I figured it couldn't hurt to post it up.

I bought this car last October from the original owner who lived near Lake George, NY. When I bought it, it was a bone stock 325i 5-speed with a broken timing belt. The owner was a body shop owner and the shell was very clean (this is why I bought it as I hate body work).

I would like to think that I built this car very well and spent the money in the right places. The car drives very well and
Anyway, here are the specs as it sits right now:

-1989 325i Coupe 218k miles with a clean title in my name
-Taurusrot interior in very good condition other than some seam seperation (no rips)
-M50B25TU engine with head rebuilt by Headmaster Inc in Saddle Brook, NJ, rebuilt Vanos, S50 cams, tune from e30polak
-eBay headers to a custom Y-pipe, high-flow cat, 2 resonators, and a magnaflow muffler, all 2.5" stainless built by M20 Motorsports in Wharton, NJ
-ZF Transmission with Lightweight flywheel, F1Spec Kevlar clutch, Z3 shifter, UUC selector rod, and all new bushings
-Revshift poly engine and trans mounts
    -professionally rebuilt 2.93 LSD
    -New euro bumper trim
-IX wheels recently powdercoated with spacers and stud conversion
    -Homemade all red tail lights
    -Hella non-smiley Euro lights
    -German check panel
-Euro grilles and blacked out kidneys
-318 wiring cover in the engine bay
-IX Booster with big 750 master and 2002 remote reservoir (ready for a caliper upgrade)
-Brand new Bilstien Sport shocks with H&R Sport springs, e90 drop hats, upgraded upper rear mounts, and new stock front upper mounts
-New control arms and tie rod ends
-trunk tar removed and replaced with thin Fatmat
    -Alpine CD headunit
-Momo Race steering wheel and UUC stainless shift knob
    -Quality tint job all around

    The bad:
-there is a bit of a vibration between 75 and 85 mph
-the carpet and rear deck are still the original tan color
-there is no a/c in the car currently
-sunroof panel is bubbling and the rear panel above the licence plate have some rust but the rest of the car is very clean
-faint fuel smell outside the car after spirited driving on a full tank
-I did the IS OBC swap but the backlight on the obc is not lighting up (pulled it back out to troubleshoot, but the wiring is still in)
    -odometer is not currently working

Like I said, I'm not sure that this car needs to go, but I could use some cash right now. There will be absolutely no parting out of this car.

Some high quality pictures from a couple months ago (before some of the mods)

The price is $7000 or reasonable offer.

Possible partial trade for a rust free e24 any color but red or gold.

Thanks! I'm not terribly suprised you haven't seen me around, I keep pretty unusual hours thanks to working the night shift.

I was daily driving the car until it started getting really hot out. I was planning to upgrade the brakes so I haven't replaced any of the rotors yet, one of the fronts could just be a little warped.
