Found this MTech vert on CL, advice?

I currently have my 325e sedan and I love it, but I kinda thinking about getting a vert for a little project. Anyone think that's a fair price? What you guys think?

Priced to high with rebuilt title. Just looking at it, shows a few odd things.

      -Damaged valence
-interior looks very cheap and shiny
      -front bumper fitment off
      -skirt fitment off
      -fender pod fitment
-i feel it more than likely has more rust than he says
-I thought all m tech verts were auto, but I may be wrong

I wouldn't even consider it without pictures of the damage that caused the rebuilt title. I'd also put it up on a lift and check everything for rust (I'm sure you will anyways). But it does look like a decent car, especially if you can knock around a thousand off his price.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Looks good besides the front bumper, white door handles, and the M3 badges.

The majority were auto, but not all. I have a 5spd blk/blk (ds)

I'd probably offer $3500 max since it's a rebuilt title. God knows what else is wrong with it.

I see a fender issue. At that price it better be mint. The jacked e30 prices are for hipsters.

The mtech front bumper and rear bumper look like fiberglass reps.

$6000 sounds expensive. ANd as many has ready mentioned, theres a lot of imperfections.
