Are you sure you pictured all of the rust problems? Because you left out the driver's floor pan where there is a hole covered by a beer box. I'll go ahead and guess you did that on purpose and also left out other trouble spots so you'll get a higher bid.
There are nice bits on this car, but whoever wins your auction is getting screwed into a serious money pit since you're being deceptive about the extent of the rust. Get the car on a lift, take more pictures and be an honest seller. I wouldn't pay more than $1,000 for this thing.
Welcome to R3V. Most of us are savvy enough to know what we are getting into with these cars. thanks for trying to help everyone with their purchasing decisions but we don't need it. BTW all of these cars are money pits. If you don't like the price, keep it to yourself and look elsewhere.

Video: Cars I See - 1972 BMW 2002 By Frazer Spowart
This is the story of a father and son's love for cars, BMW's and especially the classic 2002. Patrick Burns' 1972 model is a particularly interesting example and reflects the passion behind it that he and his father share. It's not perfect, but that's not the point, it's enjoyed everyday and is still going strong after 40 years on the road. Wendell and Patrick are great guys, their dedication to cars is infectious.
