    FS/WTT Clean E34 530 w/ M60

As title states, picked this up as a project mainly because the car was exceptionally clean; however, I REALLY miss my E30s and just can't do the E34 without at least having an E30 also. The E34 looks amazing done right, but I just want another E30. This car is in impeccable shape; however, it IS a slush box... I know I know... However, I had all intentions of going LS2 and selling the M60.

    Good:

-Car is STRAIGHT (no real dings or dents other than the driver side rear door which has a small dent that doesn't show up well in pictures. A dentless repair guy could fix it in a few minutes.
-Interior is near perfect - ZERO rips or tears
    -Engine is strong
    -Slushbox shifts smooth
-With a good buff the car would look great... I waxed and clay barred which helped a lot, but a buff would really make things nice.
-AC colder than my E92 M3!

    Bad:
-Front wheel bearings: luckily this is easy and fairly cheap for an E34... no pressing in or out
    -No radio

I'll update the thread if I think of anything else.

Car really is nice, and would make an excellent daily or base car. Just broke 200K on the body, but the original owner claimed the engine only has around 150K... These things run forever if you keep up maintenance.

This HAS the updated block, not the one with issues.

Looking for a plastic bumper E30. Color (interior or exterior) doesn't matter; but really don't care for red interior. Would consider a clean diving board car. Must be manual.

NOT interested in Autos, 4 drs or Cabs... Just a personal preference.. The only exception would be a super clean cab, but I doubt you'd be able to change my mind and make me interested... though there are a few out there.

I have cash to put on top for the right trade; within reason. In other words, I'd love to have the 88 S54 car that is posted here, but I can't swing that kind of cash right now. The wife would have my ass. I'd also love an S50 car, but don't see that as a huge possibility unless it's in the 7500 or less range...

    $3500

looking for an e34 right now but the Nikasil block is the bad one that goes bad, FYI. The good bmw replacements are steel, cast-iron or Alusil. Has the original been replaced?

Yes... Can't ever remember which way it goes, but this have the good block.. Pretty bad that someone who works for BMWNA can't remember that huh?!

I'll make a board member a good deal.

tires good to go. No clue on ol slushy... I just picked the car up a couple of months ago with the intentions of building a nice looking/solid performing (LSx) daily. I'm leaving BMW because my position is going to CA, and my wife, nor current position will allow for a pleasant move... That said, I have a company car until the end of the year, so I had 6 mos. to build one. I'm now down to 4, and want to trade out to an E30 and build it as I simply just miss my E30s and have no reason for a big car right now. Once a few of my tickets go off my ins. I'll buy another E92 M3, and use the E30 for weekend duty and go S54 or fun swap..

Come see the thing in person (I realize the is a flight for you), but it truly is pretty solid.

I should mention. The exhaust was pulled apart after the cats and turndowns thrown on just to be stupid. Had an appt at the exhaust shop for new exhaust but cancelled. I can leave this way, or bolt the factory exhaust back up for the new owner.

            Best,
            Travis
