I know of a complete cardinal sport interior for $850 in CA. Buy any clean alpine and swap in your cardinal interior

I rather get a car first, not sure if I'm going to find a sedan I like or coupe. Even a touring I'm looking for.

My very clean Alpine late model 325is will be on the market here soon, no cardinal interior though.
