WTB: Super clean late e30 manual coupe in California

Hey guys, I'm looking for a really clean e30 coupe in So Cal. Here's what I'm looking for:

-Prefer alpine white
-Must be stock/original, manual transmission
-Not looking for a fixer-upper. Almost everything should work
-Seller should be willing to have a PPI done at an agreed upon place
-I can travel, and I'm also willing to wait to find the perfect car.
-Lowish mileage and good maintenance records

Prefer a 318iS but any clean e30 coupe that fits the other requirements could win me over. Prefer to stay between $4-8K MAX.
