    1989 325is Modified, SOCAL

The list of modifications is quite extensive, I probably don't know them all - I've only had the car a short period. Bought it from a guy on here a few months ago. Supposedly this is an ex Ireland Engineering R&D car.

I'm traveling a lot and don't have time to tinker with it anymore. Bought it knowing that it won't pass smog as-is in California. I think it probably has a cam and re-worked ECU at the very least. Pulls like a freight train.

Mileage is unknown but I'd guess everything has been re-built before -- it's an 89. Title is clean, all VIN numbers on all panels. As far as I can tell it's never been in an accident.

I don't have time or the resources to get it legal (maybe you know a 'special' smog station).

Compression seems good. I changed the oil once in about 2000 miles and there were a few hair-like metal shavings on the drain plug magnet. I'm not sure it's worth a rebuild, could run like this forever depending on what the cause is.

Originally Schwarz Black, was resprayed Matte Black. Very solid running car, everything works as it should with the exception of the auto-off left turn signal.

I'm an enthusiast, I will do my best to disclose everything I know to a new buyer.. Let me know if you need more information. Apologies for the iphone photos. Asking $5,000.
