Have done lots of work to the car, engine has been completely resealed (except front main seals) and all new intake parts. Auto transmission has fresh fluid and shifts very good.
Has exhaust leak and cracked bumpers. Paint could benefit from polishing but it is pretty straight (just needs new passenger fender). Windshield has crack running from top to bottom on passenger side, needs replaced eventually. $200 tops to fix it all.
New brakes all around with ceramic pads, new rotors, and SS lines. Tires has 90% tread.
All basic maintenance is done. New timing belt and cap and rotor. Have receipts.
Front suspension has new control arms, new tie rods, and also new control arm bushings. All 4 struts have less than 10,000 miles. Car rides nice
Has an idle issue. Purrs when idling, but idles at around 1100rpm when warm. I have installed a new throttle position sensor, thermostat, new oxygen sensor, spark plugs, etc.
No power steering (feels great) and also no air conditioning (see engine bay pics).
Interior is near perfect, only tear is a small one in driver's seat.
