I have a clean title 1990 325i automatic sedan, 125K. Its black with tan vinyl interior. Pwr windows. Manual sunroof.
The good:
Interior is in excellent condition.
No leaks.
DD and reliable.
AC works and is under warranty.
Radio works.

The bad:
Minor scratches and a couple small dents.
Missing the glovebox at the moment, until I find one at the recycler.
Sunroof cable broke on one side. (attempting to fix)
Rear windows do not operate, (probably a switch issue)
Crack in the windshield on the far left side.
