Have you looked in M42club.com ? Not often but sometimes E30 318i/is owners will post thier cars FS in the classified section.

Rob, the owner of 2002Haus in SLO has a 91 318is for his DD, he has a good pulse on E30 318is FS in SLO county.

What's up with the 318is? Why are they so desirable now in all the sudden? So they can remove the M42 and do a shitty swap?

I was thinking about selling mine, BTW. Is very nice but will need re-spray to make it a show car. Will probably post soon.
