what slide bracket did you use to install those sparcos? I have side mount Brides I want to install but it doesn't look like I can do it with the factory slides

They are sparco sliders, installed by the PO. Look like this:

right I have those but what did you bolt those to so the seats are still adjustable? or did you just bolt those brackets straight to the floor?

It is adjustable, my guess would be the stock E30 frame or perhaps an E36 frame. It was installed by the PO.
